The Food Lab: Perfect Boiled Eggs is one of the best posts I have stumbled across in a while, and it is, as its name details, an over flowing description of how to perfectly boil an egg. Not only does it take one of the simplest foods and make it way too complicated for many, but it explains the science behind why eggs cook the way they do.
